Four Point Boston reported recently that several streets in South Boston would be shut down or partially blocked for work on a new movie with the working title, "Untitled Novelist Project. Filming is set for the intersection of Congress Street and A Street from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Though, you can expect production vehicles to jam streets around that area all day Monday.
The movie follows a struggling novelist who returns to Boston for family-related issues and finds some unexpected success, the site said.
This is the debut film for Cord Jefferson, though he has been a Hollywood mainstay for years as one of the most sought-after writers in television. The Emmy winner wrote on NBC's "The Good Place," HBO's "Succession" and "Watchmen," and Netflix's "Master of None."
Jeffrey Wright — Felix Leiter in the Daniel Craig James Bond movies and Commissioner Gordon in "The Batman" — will star. T Street Productions is behind the project.
